This service has been provided and proven effective in organisations in a variety of industries including but not limited to manufacturing, facilities management, mining and processing plant, and utilities (power and water). We use quality management principles as well as standard project management processes and principles in all projects to minimise risk to the customer and ensure a consistent outcome in line with agreed specifications.
